I am super excited to be teaming up with Lucky Leaf Premium Pie Fillings to host this

Lucky Leaf Recipe Contest!

See the bottom of the post for official entry rules and guidelines, but in a nutshell:

We want to see YOUR best recipes using Lucky Leaf brand ingredients!

A panel of fabulous blogger judges I had the opportunity to chat with at BlogHer Food (plus a Lucky Leaf representative and myself!) will be judging the recipes and voting for their favorite Lucky Leaf recipe!

How to enter:

ONE) Create a recipe following the recipe development guidelines listed below. For bloggers: recipes may be old or new posts.

TWO) Post the recipe to your blog if you are a blogger -or- post your recipe on My Recipe Magic* if you are not a blogger (either way, your recipe must have a photo).

THREE) Bookmark or pin this post so that you can return and enter your recipes using the blue InLinkz button at the bottom of this post. You must enter your recipe(s) by 11:59pm EST on August 25, 2013. Or, click on this blue button in my sidebar to find this entry page again:

Lucky Leaf’s Suggested Recipe Guidelines:

  • Recipes should feature a Lucky Leaf brand ingredient (in other words, try to make the ingredient integral to the recipe, not something easily omitted).
  • Please try to include the product in your photos (example here).
  • Create a recipe suitable for any time of year.
  • Try to use standard baking measurements and equipment.
  • Give simple, easy-to-follow instructions in the recipe.
  • Include serving suggestion (in the notes if using My Recipe Magic*).
  • Try to keep prep and cook time less than 60 minutes total.

We would love for you to share with us your shopping, baking/creating, and photographing process with us on your social media pages! Simply use the hashtag #luckybakes whenever you share on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter!**

  1. I REALLY want to enter this contest! I have the recipe, the time to bake tomorrow, and the slot in my blog schedule set aside. But when I went to get my ingredients, I can’t find Lucky Leaf brand anywhere!!! What chain sells these? Are they available on the west coast? Is there any way to enter my recipe and just change it say “use Lucky Leaf” filling? So sad right now! ๐Ÿ™

  2. I was all excited because there were only 20 submissions a couple days ago. ๐Ÿ™‚ Guess I’m not the only last minute participant. I hope those judges plan on making all these treats-you know, just to fair in judging and all ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thanks for such a fun giveaway. I like something like this more than random chance. It was fun deciding what to make, and I plan on visiting all these links and pinning this delicious collection!
