Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

The next time you see this dessert salad at a potluck, grab the whole thing and run! Don’t look back. Just take it all, and know that it was a good decision.

This recipe is golden. It’s amazing and always the first thing to go at any kind of gathering. Big chunks of juicy, sweet apples covered in a creamy pudding, and full of snickers candy bar chunks. Drizzle the whole thing with caramel, and you’ll be wondering why you eat anything else. Ever.

Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

Another plus? It’s a fabulous last minute dish to take to a BBQ or potluck. It just takes a few minutes to whip up, and (minus the snickers) you probably already have the ingredients on hand (although… I pretty much always have snickers on hand. But maybe I’m the exception?)!

Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

Big chunks of juicy, sweet apples covered in a creamy pudding, and full of snickers candy bar chunks.

6 regular sized Snickers candy bars (or 2 cups of the minis)

4 large crunchy apples (I like Granny Smith or Pink Crisps)

1- 3.5 ounce package vanilla instant pudding mix

1/2 cup skim milk

16 ounces Cool Whip

1/2 cup caramel sundae sauce for topping

Chop the apples and the snickers candies into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Fold in the Cool Whip until completely incorporated.

Mix the apples and snickers into the pudding mixture. Transfer to serving dish and drizzle the caramel sauce over top. Chill for an hour before serving.
