These pretzel rolls are so good and ridiculously easy. Like, RIDICULOUSLY easy. You’re welcome ????.
Seriously though. Once the water is boiling, you’ve only got about 15 minutes between you and a warm batch of these pretzel rolls fresh out of the oven. Serve them warm on the side with dinner, dunk them in cinnamon sugar for dessert, or split them in half and make a sandwich. The possibilities are endless!

Quick & Easy Pretzel Rolls
Use Rhodes Warm N' Serv Rolls to make Quick and Easy Pretzel Rolls in less than 15 minutes!
- Rhodes Warm-N-Serv Rolls
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 egg yolk
- coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Fill a large pot with 10 cups of water. Mix in 2/3 cup baking soda, and bring water to a boil.
Place each frozen roll in the boiling water, top side down, for 60 seconds. Remove and place (the unboiled, bottom side down) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Whisk together the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the egg yolk mixture over the boiled rolls. Sprinkle dough with coarse sea salt.
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until tops are dark in color.
Allow pretzel rolls to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving. Although best served warm and fresh, rolls may be cooled to room temperature and stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
