Ritz Rolo Bark
On occasion, I impress myself.
And on those rare occasions, I really don’t bother to feign humility.
Basically: I am awesome, and I know it.
Obnoxious? Sure.
Vain? Yeah.
Justified? Absolutely.
And today– you are witnessing just such an occasion.
Because this bark is bomb.
Not “the bomb.”
Just bomb.
Apparently, that’s cooler.
The ingredients practically came together on their own.
And not just because they’re all shoved next to each other on my jam-packed dessert shelf.
But seriously, how obvious is this? Salty, Chocolate, Caramel!
It’s practically dessert poetry!
Oh– and it takes about 5 minutes to pull together.
L-O-V-E.
*I’m not providing any exact amounts of ingredients, because you can use as much or as little of each of the ingredients as you’d like– depending on your taste or what you have on hand!

De-lish! Have you seen the mini Rolos that come in the bags like the Hershey Drops, Mini Reese Cups, etc? I bought a bag and this might be perfect for them!
“It’s like dessert poetry!” I love it!
You’re right–sometimes things come together best when you’re not planning it 🙂 love it!
Awesome. You know me and bark. Well, you know me and sugar, period. So, this is great. It would be perfect for my mom for mother’s day…

How much melting chocolate? I’m thinking the package of chocolate almond bark. Is that right?
Yes, that would be perfect! It’s really just however much melting chocolate you want! This is a really, really easy recipe to stretch or shrink down, just depending on how much you need to make.
OK , I am a complete numpty in the kitchen, could I have rough ratios – I am not ready to “off-road” recipe-wise and need strict instructions. I love your laissez-faire approach but am afraid I can’t trust my own instincts!!! I would love to make this as it seems well within my caabilities but need a bit more to go on… Please help!
Try 1 package of chocolate almond bark or candiquik, 1 1/2 dozen ritz crackers, and 2 dozen rolos cut in half 🙂
