So here's the story behind these:

I had mentioned in another post that I have made monster cookie dough cupcakes before and would be posting the recipe at some point in the “near future.”
One of my darling readers decided she'd had enough of my empty promises and emailed me demanding a recipe!
(I'm totally just kidding. She really sent a very sweet email asking if she could pretty please have the recipe for her husband's upcoming birthday.)
So I promised her a recipe this week.
10:46pm Thursday night arrived, and still no cupcakes in the Swank kitchen.
Desperately not wanting to clean the kitchen for a third time in the day,
I thought I'd give a go at a single serving cupcake– and I goofed and got 4.
So these are really Quadruple Serving Monster Cookie Dough Cupcakes.
Thank goodness I'm such an experienced cupcake eater.
I can for sure handle eating 4.

But you only have to clean one bowl and one fork when your done!
(with a quick rinse in between the batter and the frosting 🙂

{Don't worry dear email-er, there are adaptations for a full recipe at the bottom!}
