@Catalina Absolutely. I’m sure you could use chopped chocolate!! I’ve found that semi-sweet chocolate works best.

@Lindsey Lu I have yet to follow a recipe for ganache and have it turn out well. I swear the secret is just eyeballing it. A recipe invariably screws it up for me!!
