Little Lamb and Easter Egg Cupcakes

Alright. It’s the week before Easter.
Are you ready?
I’ve got a line-up of Easter treats all ready for you this week! Be excited.
Starting with Lamb cupcake bite Cupcakes.
Can I be honest with you? (well, it’s my blog– I would hope so!)
As far as I’m concerned, Mary and her little lamb can go jump off a cliff this year!
I had the hardest time making these Lamb cupcake bites. Ugh!
But learn from my mistakes.
This is my 3rd attempt at these little lambs and BY FAR the easiest and cutest.
So don’t stray from what I’ve got for you here,
and you can crank out dozens of cute lambs in no time at all…

Prep work:

1. Bake your cupcakes and frost them. {if you want what you see here, use your “grass” tip and green buttercream}.
2. Prepare white cupcake bites according to Bakerella’s instructions.

Before the chocolate cools {after dipping}, coat in sugar pearls.
This is what worked best for me:
place your bite into the pearls and pile them up around the sides.
It should look like this:

Now it’s time to add the face and to position on cupcake:
pipe it on!

Want an extra easy addition? Robin Eggs:

Easter Cupcakes in under an hour!
(prep work included if you’re lucky enough to have an uninterrupted hour and use a cake mix)
