Making Whipped Shortbread Cookies

- a stand mixer with a paddle attachment
- butter, all-purpose flour, Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar, cornstarch
- you could also add some vanilla or almond extract
- a cookie scoop
- sprinkles, caramel, jam, chocolate, etc. for drizzling/filling/garnishing
