But don’t get scared by the word fancy. It’s still crazy simple and easy. You’ll only need a few basic ingredients:

  • sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • Oreos
  • salted caramel sauce (I love Smuckers salted caramel sundae sauce)
  • fudge sundae sauce (or even chocolate syrup)

The end. That’s it! Easy, right?

Salted Caramel Oreo Ice Cream (No Churn) Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Homemade Cookies & Cream ice cream swirled with salted caramel and fudge. No machine required!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (I like Smuckers)
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 15 Oreos, crushed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and sour cream. Mix in about half of the Oreo crumbs.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe loaf pan.
  3. Drizzle the caramel and fudge sauce over the batter and swirl with a knife. It may all settle at the bottom, but that’s okay.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo crumbs on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight. Let sit at room temp for about 10 minutes before scooping.
