Continue to Content Lemon White Chocolate M&M Cookies Yield: 2 dozen Print Ingredients 18.25 ounce box lemon cake mix (JUST the dry mix) 2 eggs 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/4 cup flour 1 cup white chocolate M&Ms Instructions Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat. Reserving the M&Ms, mix all ingredients together until dough forms. Stir in the M&Ms. Scoop dough by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

I made these with the lemon cake mix, and I also tried the same recipe with coconut cake mix. Both delicious, but I am really in love with the coconut flavor with the white chocolate! Reply
