Edges only, every time. Oh– and filled with caramel. With chocolate frosting on top. I’ll take my Edges Only Caramel Filled Brownies a la mode, thank you 🙂 Edges Only Caramel Filled Brownies Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. AP flour 2/3 c. cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. butter, softened 2 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 24 rolos canned chocolate frosting Instructions: Combine all ingredients except for the rolos and the frosting in a stand mixer until smooth. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter into WELL GREASED muffin tins. Press two rolos into the batter in each tin. Use a spatula to spread the batter over top of the rolos. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
