Edges Only Caramel Filled Brownies

Edges Only Caramel Filled Brownies. This is for all of you “I-want-the-corner-piece-please” folks out there.

 
 
Edges only, every time.
Oh– and filled with caramel.
With chocolate frosting on top.

Edges Only Caramel Filled Brownies

 
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 c. AP flour
  • 2/3 c. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 24 rolos
  • canned chocolate frosting
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except for the rolos and the frosting in a stand mixer until smooth.
  2. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter into WELL GREASED muffin tins.
  3. Press two rolos into the batter in each tin. Use a spatula to spread the batter over top of the rolos.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Spread on the chocolate frosting right out of the oven.
  6. Serve warm!
