Cross my heart, you can eat one of these mini cheesecakes for absolutely ZERO POINTS on the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan.

When I posted this Weight Watchers Freestyle 1 Point Cheesecake a couple of weeks ago, I was really nervous about how you guys would react. The response I got on Facebook and Instagram was pretty lukewarm, if I’m being honest. But my friends on Pinterest are pinning it like WHOA. So I’m going to take that as a green light to go ahead and post another WW friendly cheesecake recipe.

You guys in??

These little cups are ZERO points. As in NADA. That’s right! Or…. you could eat FIVE (✋🏻) and count it as one point. YUP! Just be sure you tabulate additional point-age for any toppings you add on!

Tips for Making Weight Watchers Freestyle Zero Point Mini Cheesecakes

  • Store these in the refrigerator without any toppings on. That way you can custom make each one when you want toppings, OR you can quickly pop one (or more) plain cheesecakes in your mouth without worrying about tallying up points!
  • One of the easiest ways to calculate nutrition for the small amount of toppings on each cheesecake is simply to place your cheesecake on a food scale, zero it out, and then measure the toppings by weight.
  • Try baking a cookie thin (like Oreo Thins or Chips Ahoy Thins) on the bottom of each one for an easy and low-point crust.
