Recipe Tips & Notes

  • Did you know that you can buy graham cracker crumbs for the crust at the store? Skip the work of crushing them up yourself and buy them already done!
  • You could substitute chocolate graham crackers or Oreo cookies in the crust, which would make this extra chocolate-y and delicious.
  • This pie holds up pretty well at room temperature. But I really prefer it chilled (both for slicing and for eating).
