French Coconut Pie & Keat’s Eats
It’s like the inside of a mounds bar piled into a homemade crust and topped with whipped cream. What’s not to love about this daring French Coconut Pie??
We are totally going to talk about this pie… later.
But first: have I told you about Keat’s Eats??? I mean, I know I’ve mentioned it in passing a few times here and on Instagram. But I don’t think I’ve had a chance to really tell you all about my newest blogging adventure!
Without further ado, let me introduce you to my newest blogging baby, a brother/sister food blog, Keat’s Eats.
Over on Keat’s Eats, I explore my savory side sometimes and post recipes like:
But, of course, I’m a dessert fanatic by nature. So there’s plenty of that over there too.
Like this Copycat Shamrock Shake!
But my favorite part of this blog isn’t the recipes. Nope!
My favorite part about this new foodie venture is that it’s a joint venture with my brother. If you’re a regular around here, you know that my siblings are my favorite people on the planet. So getting to write a blog with one of them is basically the coolest thing to happen in my foodie-internet-bloggy world EVER.
Do you know how fun it is to sit around at the dinner table discussing SEO strategy? Social media schedules? Instagram engagement? Food photography?! It’s the best. Seriously.
Keaton (aka, Keat) and I are just having a ball getting this blog going. We’ve been cranking out recipes over there for almost 6 months (time flies!!), and we can’t wait to keep growing and developing our readership.
Speaking of which, I hope you’ll come to visit me over there. Be sure to say hi in the comments!
I’m keeping things in the family today by sharing a recipe from our family cookbook! This French Coconut Pie is AH-MAZING. Seriously. You’re going to make big googly love eyes at this pie.
It’s like the inside of a Mounds bar, but better. And topped with whipped cream. And there’s crust, which = even better.
