Maple Glazed Pecans Recipe
I'm crazy about these glazed pecans. They make everything more delicious– I like them on top of ice cream and cakes, in salads, mixed into yogurt, in snack mix and popcorn, on my peanut butter smeared apple, and about a million other ways. If you can eat it, maple glazed pecans will make it better. Period.
Not to mention, they're pretty awesome to snack on all on their own!

You guessed it: they are so incredibly easy to make. The whole process from start to finish takes about 20 minutes (only 2-3 minutes of that is actual hands-on time), and it really doesn't make much of a mess at all. I dirtied one medium saucepan, a rubber spatula, and a tablespoon. That's it.
Seriously. This is my kind of a recipe! Two thumbs up over here.
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (dark is best if you have it on hand)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups pecan halves
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or a non-stick baking mat. (You can use foil as long as you spray with non-stick cooking spray).
- Over medium-high heat, melt the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet.
- Add the brown sugar and maple syrup. Stir until bubbling in the middle of the pot. Turn off the heat, but do not remove pot.
- Add the pecans and stir until all pecans are coated well. Spread pecans on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for at least 10 minutes before eating.
- Allow pecans to reach room temperature before storing or packaging.
