Bunny Chow Chex Mix posted by Staff Writer Pin Share Tweet Email Jump to Recipe I love everything about this Bunny Chow Chex Mix: super quick and simple Easter snack! It only takes a few ingredients and few minutes to throw together, and it’s super cute and completely addicting. My family hasn’t been able to keep their hands out of this stuff! This is a great way to “mix” up the Easter diet for your little ones. So much sugar and chocolate anyway, at least you can add some cereal and popcorn to the chocolate overload. Not only that, but this blend is beautiful with its pastel colors. Just what the Easter Bunny ordered. You can, of course, change this up and make adjustments to fit your own personal tastes better. But for me, this is some of my favorite stuff! This Bunny Chow Chex Mix has Chex cereal, kettle corn (store bought, although you could certainly make your own), and speckled Easter egg M&Ms all coated in white chocolate. It’s a seriously winning combination! Want to know how easy this is? You pour the kettle corn and cereal into a large bowl. Meanwhile, melt the white melting candy. Then pour it over the cereal and kettle corn. Gently stir and coat everything well. See? You’re already almost there. Now add the M&Ms to the bowl and gently stir to coat. (Be sure to look for those beautiful pastel ones they make make for Easter.) Spread mixture on a large nonstick surface and allow to cool and harden. This only takes 10-20 minutes. Break into pieces, and savor the Easter awesomeness. ๐ Continue to Content Bunny Chow Yield: approximately 10-11 cups Chex cereal, kettle corn, and speckled Easter egg M&Ms all coated in white chocolate. Whenever there is chow around, I can’t resist. Kettle corn is a total guilty pleasure for me and so I think that I will be making this very soon. ๐
