Sweet Treats Thursday

First of all, a big, huge, GIGANTIC thank you to everyone who participated in last week’s linky and Boba Jewels Giveaway!!
And congrats to these lucky ladies who won the Sweet Treats gift bags!
{they should be arriving soon!!}
I skipped features last week, I know. So I’m going to do FOUR this week, and pull one of them from the week before. All because I care about you… and your desserts.
Well, mostly just your desserts.
Alright, here we go!
Feature #1: As often as I feature Crazy For Crust on here, I know you guys must be thinking that Dorothy and I are like behind-the-blog-scenes childhood friends or something like that. But I just found her on blogger and like love obsess over her blog! And you should too! Look how cute these cookies that look like pies are!! {side note: two of my favorite things in the world are felt food and food that looks like other food. cookies that look like pies totally fall into that category}.
Feature #2: And of course I’m going to include at least one S’mores post in the features!  How creative/adorable are these S’mores Kits by Giggles Galore?? Someone give me this, please!
Feature #3: Okay. I’m going to gush a little bit here. Crumbs and Cookies. Do you guys follow her? Stop right now and go follow her. Her pictures are phenomenal, recipes are wonderfully sophisticated and yummy, and the blog layout is lovely and clean and just well written overall. It’s just got a classy yet warm feel to it, you’ll see.
Ya’ll– she’s fifteen. I don’t know about you, but I wasn’t baking and photographing and blogging like this girl is when I was fifteen {mm, how about singing backup to  N*Sync in my room?}. Alright, I’m done. I’ve just been meaning to spotlight her forever and haven’t gotten around to it! Check out these baked donuts from Crumbs and Cookies:
Feature #5: I’m having such a hard time choosing which picture from this Apple Pie Cupcakes post to show ya’ll– they all LOOK. SO. GOOD. So do me a favor and just go to Sweet Baby Mason James to look at them for yourself. And let’s also just note right here, she uses vanilla BEAN frosting– always waaaaaaaay better than just vanilla frosting.
Thanks for all the yumminess from last week guys!
Let’s move on to another fantastic, dessert-filled week :)

I link up at these wonderful Link Parties each week.
Host a Link Party? Add it to this page and I’ll be there!

  2. I’m really flattered! Thank you:)

  3. Oh and terribly sorry about it but I can’t find the versatile blogger award you gave me last time. If I’m not wrong, the link you gave me led me to your I was featured page… and I kind of got lost from there.

  4. @Amanda Sorry, I just kept it on that page for a few days and then deleted the post. You can still copy the image of the award from that page if you want it. It’s the green square that says “versatile blogger.”

  5. THANK YOU for the feature and sweet words about my cupcakes!! I’m super excited!! :) Thanks so much for hosting such a fun par-tay!!

  7. Thank you so much for the feature! You’re so sweet. Too bad we don’t live closer so we could be BFFs (but I’m not a stalker, I promise). :)

Those S’more kits are adorable. And I totally agree – when I started reading Crumbs and Cookies and realized she was 15 I was amazed. For me it was NKOTB all the way. (I know, I just aged myself.)

    Thanks again! :)

  8. Oh I just don’t know which recipe to look at first! Thank you for providing this great place for us to share recipes. I’m so hungry. sigh.

  9. Thanks for stopping by Mom On Timeout. I’m following you now too! I’ve got a few “sweet” ideas coming up so I’ll be back to link up then. (www.MomOnTimeout.com)

  19. Thanks for the follow. I love cupcakes. I will definitely be lurking around on a regular basis.

  20. @Dorothy @ Crazy for Crust Ha. Isn’t it funny how you’re always kind of afraid to mention anything about location to other bloggers, because you don’t want them thinking you’re a creeper or something? We would totally be BFFs though. My in laws actually live in Sacramento, so I’m there once or twice a year :)

  21. @Walking by Faith I’ll add it to my party page :)

  22. @Something Swanky Thanks! I’ve passed it on already:)
