The main event(s) here today are THREE certificates for Lovin’ Scoopful Light Ice Cream-- which I completely {heart}. A LOT. Have you ever had it? It’s unbelievable. Seriously. I could write an entire blog post about this ice cream.
And because I can feel myself wanting badly to ramble on and on about this ice cream, I’m going to have to list a few of my favorite things about this ice cream in bullet points (trust me, I’m sparing you):
- D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. and LOW FAT! (did you hear me?? LOW FAT!)
- They have a billion flavors. Well, 13. And they are ALL so good.
- I think their website is fantastic.
- Out Of This World Chocolate is my favorite ice cream of all time.

I clicked on the Lovin’ Scoopful web site and happily found they had it available at my local store! I’d never noticed it before but will certainly hunt it down now! I already know my first container purchase will be the Caramel Chocolate Heaven….that sounds shivery delicious!

Your Frankenstein marshmallow pops are my FIRST PIN on Pinterest. I’m new to it and have moved slowly…good grief there is so much! I’m starting to think about Halloween baking (or non-baking as the case may be) and I’m so jealous that you met Bakerella. She’s my hero.
