Between birthday parties and girls night out, I’m running a little late getting the party up tonight. So I’ll try and make this as short and sweet as I can– which means: no features :(

It’s awesome! It allows you to make any work surface a non-stick surface.
Here’s how it made my life easier just since Monday:
1. It allowed me to work at my kitchen table instead of my cramped, little apartment counter top. I always work on the counter because I’m afraid of scratching my kitchen table. But with the Roul’ Pat as my working surface, that wasn’t an issue at all. So I had all the elbow room I needed :)
2. I made sugar cookies for my daughter’s birthday party. Which I typically avoid like the PLAGUE. Because I hate cutting them out only to have them stick to my counter: A) that’s another difficult mess to clean up, and B) it’s so irritating to have disfigured or torn cookie cut-outs! Another point for the Roul’ Pat.
3. Chocolate drizzling is another sort of annoying dessert thing that I do a lot of. I love it on the food– love the looks of it plus the texture. But I’m a sloppy drizzler, that’s just how I am! And my husband er, I mean: I can’t stand cleaning up hardened chocolate drizzle off the counter top. SO annoying. So this time, I just drizzled right over my Roul’ Pat and voila! The chocolate comes right off!
Ok, ok. I know that sounded a little bit like an infomercial. But seriously. If I can practically write an essay on how much I love my Roul’ Pat after three measly days of using it, you know it’s got to be good!!
