I made this for my husband. He loves Snickerdoodles.
And then I ate the whole thing. With my sister.
While watching movies.
While watching movies.
I meant to stop.
But Heath Ledger can be so distracting.
This Snickerdoodle Mousse is light and fluffy, just like it should be.
But adding just a little bit of flour actually gives it a great cookie dough-like taste.
I think you’re going to like this one :)
Snickerdoodle Mousse

- 1 small package of vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- Optional: white chocolate chips, any amount
Instructions:

This sounds like a delicious dessert. I love snickerdoodles and will have to try it.
Oh my goodness. We had this tonight for dessert and it was absolutely wonderful! Very rich so you only need a little but I would not change a thing. Only other option would be to put heath crumbles in the bottom instead of white chips. The white chips were bomb though!
What a wonderful dessert! I ‘know’ I will have to make this. :)))Granny Gee
This is SO good! I love cinnamon & it’s very cinnamon-y. Adding the flour is genius!
