Remember when I was OBSESSING over this new 2-ingredient no-churn ice cream recipe last week? Or is it just me that can’t stop thinking about it??

But don’t get scared by the word fancy. It’s still crazy simple and easy. You’ll only need a few basic ingredients:

  • sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • Oreos
  • salted caramel sauce (I love Smuckers salted caramel sundae sauce)
  • fudge sundae sauce (or even chocolate syrup)

The end. That’s it! Easy, right?

Basically, this is ooey, gooey, fudgy ice cream heaven. And it’s all yours in just a few hours, no machine required. It just doesn’t get any better than that!
