Calling all Oreo lovers! This pie is just for you :)

If you’re an Oreo lover or a chocolate lover or a pie lover or anything in between– this pie is for you. It is intensely chocolate, packed with Oreos, and is the fudgiest thing you’ve ever laid your fork on.

I like adding hot fudge sauce and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, but really you don’t even need that. This pie can really hold it’s own. Just make sure you have a big glass of ice cold milk, and you’ll have everything you need ๐Ÿ™‚

Ooey Gooey Oreo Pie

Yield: 8 slices

This pie is intensely chocolate, packed with Oreos, and is the fudgiest thing you've ever laid your fork on.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreos (or enough to fill your pie crust), crumbled
  • 1 unbaked Pillsbury pie crust
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Press the pie crust into the pan. Fill the pie crust with the crumbled Oreos. Set aside.

Whisk together the melted butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, vinegar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the filling over the Oreo crumbles. Use a spatula to spread the filling evenly over the Oreos, and then to gently mix so that the filling is mixed in with the cookie pieces. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the pie appears set in the middle.

Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
