I’m a texture person, and that’s what really attracts me to Hershey’s Cookies and Cream chocolate bars. Someone was definitely using their thinking cap when they came up with this one– cookie chunks inside the chocolate!! That’s brilliance, ya’ll.
Likewise– I really like chunks in my ice cream.
So I brought these two lovelies together to make Cookies and Cream Sundae Sauce.
Enjoy!

Cookies & Cream Sundae Sauce
Ingredients:
  • 8 regular sized Cookies & Cream Hershey’s chocolate bars*
  • 3/4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 c. – 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Break the Hershey bars in pieces into a medium sized saucepan. Add the whipping cream.
  2. Stir over low heat until melted.
  3. Add in 1/4 c. white chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. If you’d like the sauce to be a little thicker, add more white chocolate chips. If you like it thinner, stick with 1/4 c.
  4. Remove from heat and serve over ice cream!
