I have successful bookmarked some new recipes thanks to this post. I absolutely love mint and chocolate. Growing up I loved Mint Chocolate Ice Cream & Andes soooo good. I surprisingly am not in love with fresh mint though! An amazing round up as always!

You know what’s annoying? I live in Germany and the Germans seem to be programmed to dislike mint chocolate anything, except for After Eights. I don’t know what’s up with that. So whenever I make mint chocolate goodies, I have to eat them all and then I get sick of mint chocolate for about a year. But this post has me craving it again! Thanks for including my cookies. :)
