Brownie Batter Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwiches

Why, yes. Yes, I did.
I took my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, baked ‘em up all gingantic-like.
And then I spread on a layer of brownie batter dip and stuck another massive cookie on top.
Thus answering that age-old un-answerable question as to the best way to combine brownies and chocolate chip cookies.
Brownie Batter Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Use an ice cream scoop to measure out cookie dough onto baking sheet!
2. After the cookies have baked and cooled, simply spread the bottom of one cookie with the brownie batter dip and top with a second cookie.

Enjoy!
