Best Belgian Waffles

My family has been eating Belgian Waffle Sundaes on Sundays forever.
I always loved it.
And, of course, I’ve carried on this routine with my own family.
Any excuse to eat dessert as a meal. You know how it is.
We like to top them with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate chips, syrup, and chopped pecans.
But there are all sorts of variations– we’ve even done pumpkin waffles with caramel sauce, chocolate chips, pecans, and cinnamon sugar (mmmmmmmmmm)!

I’m providing a recipe for the strawberry sauce that we normally use– even though it’s not pictured.
It’s completely amazing, and I highly recommend it!
(and any berry works as a substitute– even apples)
