I love chocolate ganache. It’s decadent, it’s versatile, and it’s easyWant the secret to this Easy & Perfect Chocolate? Ganache Here it is: don’t follow a recipe and DON’T MEASURE ANYTHING.

Ingredients:

  • chocolate chips
  • heavy whipping cream

Directions:

  1. Pour desired amount of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Pour heavy whipping cream, just to level with the chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Remove, and whisk until smooth.

Super duper delicious served warm over ice cream (or just about anything, who are we kidding?).

It’s also fantastic for truffles– simply refrigerate, scoop out into balls, and dip in chocolate!
